Minsky's Pizza - Leawood

Absolutely WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.... They called in an order for my wife and 87 yo mother in law....They said 20 minutes.Spaghetti and Meatball Sub...just right??? LOL. We have to rest. in 25 minutes and no food... well, a few hours later... And there were many others waiting for and after me so long.... Why I've waited so long, I'll never know... and I've never asked the WAREN to pay back money, which was also a big choir.... Not even a suffering or something from the manager or someone.... I was so close to doing something I would regret....They asked me six times my name and what I ordered while I was waiting and they just stopped me.... There are many times, but woman and I have decided we will NIE after MINSKYS AGAIN.... And we will call it from the roofs to AVOID MINSKYS at any and all costs...... lost a lifetime customer...

It's always good at this Minsky's, but Aug. 4 we had the absolute BEST pizza we've ever had in our lives. It was a thin crust, half pepperoni/half Canadian bacon. It was ultra cheesy (without asking for extra and cooked to perfection. We're not given to exaggeration. We truly could not think of ANYTHING that could have been improved. That's the very definition of perfect! (And Elena is the perfect server!!

From out of town and with a few bad experiences ordering pizza, we called in to see what they had to offer, boy were we surprised when their choices were unlimited, their customer service was the best we've ever had and the food was amazing to top it all off. We will definitely go back! Our server Josh was overly courteous and met every need that we had exceeding all expectations and Steve the manager came to check on us just to make sure it was that much better, we thank you for your attention to detail and to make us feel like we were at home!

Big pizza and secondary dishes. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. Just a glitter in that I still hit my baked ravioli when the waitress came to shove the plate, but I could save the sauce for my last bite.
