Bellacino's Pizza Grinders - Lebanon

The restaurant was extremely dirty when they had not cleaned the dining area in hours and the beverage station was even worse. 45 minutes for our pizzas and customers who have ordered us received their pizza 15 minutes before us. No explanation or discount for the waiting period. I went twice to the counter and asked where our pizza was and said it would be a few minutes longer each time. The crust was also very flat. Something was going on at this point today, pointing out that we drove half an hour, just to come here and eat, as it was an ice rink to come in the past. We passed many other pizza shops on the way to make this special trip and now not sure if/if we go back because the above questions tonight.

The grinders are amazing! Filled with meat and vegetables and absolutely delicious. We love the pizza here too. This is one of our fave going in restaurants.

We had to wait 30 minutes for our pizza and dessert pizza. The restaurant was empty with 4 staff. Once the food was brought to our table, it was delivered on a pizzeria board. Our pizza dripping into fat and the dessert pizza looked inconspicuous. The meal was accompanied by the sound of the employees in the open kitchen complaint about customers.

Great place for pizza and subs. The pizza had very fresh ingredients and the big pizza was bigger than what you would get at the chain pizzas. Friendly staff and a great restaurant for your family dining experience. I'll be back to try more menu items.

They put a coupon with local football team and unless you order a specific specialty pizza you can?t use the coupon. I just spent my last $75 in this place. Ownership and management do not empower their leaders to make any judgement. The manager was indifferent that I won?t be back. I own my own business and I train my leaders how to keep customers. We?ll see if the owners even care enough to call back or reach out.
