Big D's Country Hog - Lebanon

This food truck is a hidden treasure. It’s easy to overlook, but definitely worth seeking out. You won’t find better ribs anywhere in Oregon. Big D’s has recently relocated from Albany to Lebanon. If you're heading south on Main Street, make a right onto Elmore right after passing the James Gang Pizza sign. Keep an eye out for the turquoise food truck in the parking lot on your left.

After hiking the trails at McDowell Creek, we decided to stop by Big D's and share the Smoked Chicken Fried Steak. It was not only incredibly delicious, but they also split it for us! If you haven't tried Big D's yet, you're truly missing out!

I absolutely love the food here! I tried two daily specials: the Malibu Chicken Sandwich and the Steak and Mushroom Sandwich. I paired them with the Mac n Cheese as a side. The chicken was incredibly tender and packed with a delicious smoky flavor, and the portion was quite generous! The steak and mushroom sandwich was just as impressive—lean, tender, and bursting with flavor, also served in a hearty portion. The owners are very friendly, and the aromas are simply amazing! We can't wait to return and try more from the menu!

We ordered the brisket, lasagna, mac and cheese, and banana pudding for our Christmas dinner, and it was a huge success! Everyone in the family really enjoyed everything. Thank you for the delicious food!

I had the mac and cheese with pulled pork today, and it was the best mac and cheese I've ever had! The pork and BBQ were amazing too. Five stars!
