Bob Evans - Lebanon

Love the Brawny Lads; ordered 3 BLs with extra onion on rye bun and onion rings. My go to when I 'm in town.

Used curbside pick up. Everything we ordered was included. Food was good. Service with a smile.

We sat waiting for a table. We watched at least 6 families walk in, wait then leave because no one was getting seated. We were told there was only 1 cook so it would be awhile. We also left and went elsewhere for dinner. We love Bob Evans food however Bob Evans lost much business tonight as seating a meal delivery was so slow. You can't blame the 1 cook who was back there. I hope service gets better

Not really pleased with this experience, had to wait a long while for our food to get to the table then mine came out before wife's. Even though she got a pecan cranberry salad, I got chicken fried steak green beans and mashed potatoes, the green beans where cold the mashed potatoes where luke warm the chicken fried steak was cooked good. Just a bad experience this time. Ate Bob Evans before and no issues. We will try again before we totally boycott it.

The young man that served me walked into the restaurant just starting his shift I was shock to see him wait on me as fast as I sat down he was very friendly and very efficient as well the food was excellent I had the potatoe cheese soup and my standby turkey an dressing excellent as usual. I can't say enough about Bob Evans I've never been disappointed
