Burger King - Lebanon

Fries were not fresh, but it was like 10 minutes before closing time. burger was great. the service was to be expected.

Good food, workers could have been a little nicer. all decent experience

It's gone down hill. Fries was salted to where it burned in my mouth. Burger was falling apart inside the wrapper. And my drink was completely flat and had a aftetaste

A good place to eat. Prices have gone up alittle.but still good.and the workers are nice. And they sell 10 pounds of ice there also for a 1.61.great price.

We waited in drive thru for almost 25 minutes for a family of four order. They weren't very busy, but I'm sure they're understaffed. Once we got to the window, they said they had no chicken for one of our sandwiches, and it was going to take 8-10 minutes. After we'd already waited in line for a long amount of time. Nonetheless, we said that was fine and pulled to the front where they would bring it out, as requested. After waiting for 15 additional minutes, we had to go inside to get our meal. No discounts, no freebies. Not that that is expected, but 40 minutes on a fast food order of 4 people is pretty extreme to not offer any apologies, discounts, coupons, or cookies. The local Burger King service has declined significantly. Their saving grace was that we did get everything we asked for as was requested (2 adult meals and 2 kids meals).
