Feedback gevenI just purchased an empanada for lunch from this place, and as I took a bite, I discovered there was a staple inside it! I have a picture of it; this is absolutely unbelievable! What if I had swallowed that? This is extremely unprofessional!
This is my second time ordering from this restaurant, and I was very impressed once again! The food is excellent, with a wide variety of options, and everything tastes like genuine home-cooked meals!
Please don't blame the driver for the food not meeting expectations. Sure, the food was cold, which could be attributed to them, but the gravy was a different issue entirely. In my 25 years of experience as a cook and chef, I have never encountered a homemade gravy that looked, tasted, or smelled anything like that unless it was from a can or a gravy mix. I hope you understand that I am simply sharing my honest opinion about your food, which is why I chose to leave a Google review. As a wise person once said, if you feel the need to respond, there’s likely some merit to the comment. Regardless of the flavors or cultural influences you incorporate, there’s only one proper way to make a mother sauce or its variations, and what I received was nowhere near that standard.
Tons of items to chose from. Got their food about four times from the market and wasn’t knocked off my feet but would stop in again if looking for that type of selection.
I will never order from here again! I ordered mac and cheese, chicken tenders and banana bite cornbread. I was looking forward to the bites t I’ve enjoyed them before.Where do I start?The Mac and cheese was overly greasy with no flavor. The chicken tenders weren’t cooked all the way through. I don’t enjoy eating undercooked chicken. The cornbread bites the biggest disappointment of the whole meal. Mold. Mold. Mold. I guess they don’t quality control before sending out the door.They have lost my business for good.Update It appears that the owner can not distinguish mold pretty scary. The last photo shows where exactly the mold is on THEIR product. Based on their below response, I will definitely not eat here again and will not suggest this restaurant to anyone. As a business owner a simply I'm sorry goes a lot further than attacking someone for what they received as goods from their establishment.Thank you have a great day!
