Libby's Bbq - Lebanon

The pork lacked flavor, and the Smoked Brisket Sandwich was dry, tough, and quite disappointing. I won't be ordering this again for a long time. I hope they make some improvements.

Typically, ribs are tender when prepared correctly, but the Half Rack Ribs I ordered were very tough and hard to chew, requiring quite a bit of effort to pull them apart. On a positive note, the mac and cheese was delicious, and the roasted corn was excellent as well.

I ordered ribs and mac and cheese, but the food was disappointing. Instead of potato salad, I received instant mashed potatoes, which were really unappetizing. Overall, the food was terrible; I honestly would have preferred a hot dog from a gas station.
