Mcdonald's - Lebanon

My order was wrong and they pretended it was my fault. the manager is rude, respectless and very unprofessional towards customers and the personal.

In restaurant quentin rd I never had bad experiences. they can order from their phone, at the counter or the screen access via the counter.

The workers are very polite. I'll go to breakfast in the morning. when I run too late to prepare an breakfast for me. the LUNCH-Shift will be there. never! keep the good work!

French pommes were fresh when we got them, so hot I couldn't eat immediately. everything was done right, and the lady came with a box of gratifications in the case that we needed everything. I'll be back here in a moment.

I mean it's only Macdonalds but ur staff are immature managers are just as bad as I hear her say how bad she needs to f.... urinate... using gross language wit a customer standing there. Drive thur is terrible. Nasty attitude for absolutely no reason probably needs to turn her head set up instead of being rude.
