I bought full chicken several times and it was not well done, not well marinated, and not appetizing. It tasted nothing like flame grilled. Compliance to standards?

I bought full pack meal (pap n chicken) guys u have to something about ur menu, how can u combine pap and chicken with chips and green salad, come on at least chakalaka instead of chips, the worse part ur meat was very hard to cut and cold,yhooooo nama ela yona ke ya mabane straight chips also (lalile) ba futhumatsa.. The service was disappointing as usual. I specifically ordered a whole chicken and made it clear that I didn't want it cut up. Instead, I received four quarters. When I inquired about it, I was told they didn't have packaging for a whole chicken, so I accepted that and went home. I was disappointed with the service. The chicken was tough to chew, and the salad was subpar. Overall, the meal did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
