Stood in line for over 30 minutes, only to be refused service when my son and I got to the front because they closed 1 min ago

Banana split with no toppings. When I asked he said “we don’t have any”. Being offered something else would have been proper thing to do. Nope

The lady there didn’t take our order she just looked at us for about a minute and then finally decided to ask what we wanted. When I got my blizzard it was overflowing a ton and I had to scoop the excess of the sides.

They seem to be more expensive than others not sure if DQ has a uniform pricing policy like the other big guys.

Woman working there today at 3:40 was rude to some other customers; asking two kids you gonna order or what? In a snarky tone. But thats not the biggest complaint. I ordered the chicken bites, a blizzard and a combo. She forgot to give me my drink until I said something, was very short with me, and I found a bleach blonde hair in my food. It didnt come from me nor my friend, as they have black hair, and I have dark brown. Thoroughly disgusted by that, and the fact she seemed to ignore most cleaning standards, as she didnt wash her hands at all between other customers, and us.
