The wait was long and the line moved slowly. I ordered an oat milk chai frappe without whipped topping, but they used soy milk without asking me first. I don't have any allergies to soy, but it could have been a nasty surprise if I did. It seems like the staff doesn't pay much attention to dietary restrictions.

We visited the drive-thru and enjoyed excellent service and drinks. The cashier even took the time to engage in conversation with our 3-year-old son. We'll definitely return when we're in the area again!

I really love Starbucks, but the locations with temperature settings dictated by corporate are always way too cold. Please, turn up the heat, Starbucks!

The baristas are friendly and welcoming, but it took almost 15 minutes to get our two lattes.
