Fresh City - LEE

The food is not very fresh and the recipes could be improved in their execution.

Very disappointed. I always had the Burritos wraps on this place before the pandemic. they only made wraps and salads today, but that was obviously not the Burrito wrap. So I ordered the mandarin sesame chicken pack. they replaced croutons instead of wantons, and tons of Italian dressing instead of sesame ingwer dressing, and left the paprika in the ground a soggy Italian chicken pack. I will not come back.

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow, with no one coming to our table for at least 10 minutes.

I absolutely adored this place. It had a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and beautiful decor. It was incredibly interesting and a lot of fun.

Very poorly staffed at this location. One woman working, in the back doing dishes pretending she wasn't open. It's 6:30pm and the lines at all the other food options are super long. Watched 6 customers walk up, wait, try to get her attention and then take their business elsewhere. Close down the location if you aren't going to staff it properly. No wonder you are closing everywhere
