A very pleasant, happy place with great food and service

Incredible facade! Not been inside, But I would love to have a wander around.

Excellent venue, well run, good food, very friendly and accommodating staff.

The restaurant is housed in a beautiful historic building with stunning interiors. However, it's worth noting that it is exclusive to members and their guests, requiring an annual fee of £50 to join. The venue offers a delightful selection of food and beer, making it suitable for enjoyable outings. The garden is absolutely lovely as well. While it no longer feels like a conservative club, there are clear remnants of its past. Fortunately, political affiliation is not a requirement for entry!

I had a lovely lunch with great company, and the service at the bar and with the food was excellent.
