Bubbleology - Leeds

I come here a few times a week for bubble tea and have to say I cannot fault it! The staff that work here are always so friendly and the drinks are amazing. The store is nice and clean, I never feel rushed to decide (even though I always get the same thing in the end! and the staff are always up for a friendly chat. Looking forwards to my next visit as usual!

This is the best bubble tea I have ever tasted. The service was exceptional from the moment I walked in until the end. The ability to customize my drink to my liking was a game changer.

We tried the banoffee and strawberry mint bubble teas and they were both delicious and refreshing! We enjoyed them so much and will definitely be returning. The customer service was very helpful and friendly. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this place and its staff!

The bubble tea at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed both drinks. This is my third visit and it is always consistently awesome.

Ordered 2 supreme sized drinks with no ice. We both don't like cold drinks, but you can't order hot ones so no ice it always is. Theyve both turned up looking like dull dishwater, watered down to having zero flavour. Bubbleology, I understand that having no ice means more milk and/or mixer is needed to make the cup look full. So give customers like myself the option to pay more to do so or just put your usual amount of milk in and leave it. Please don't add water to it to make it look like there's a full cup of drink cos I now have a very expensive cup of washy water that tastes like hideous and looks like you've washed your hiking socks in it. By far the worst bubble tea I've ever had. So disappointed and won't be ordering from there again unfortunately.
