The whole place was chaotic, staff were very inexperienced (or at least appeared to be) security were extremely rude, physically escorting guests out of the premises including 2 of our group, just because they started to eat some chips inside the place whilst waiting for the rest of our group to get their order. The security are really aggressive and rude- no customer service skills whatsoever! My meal was cold and inedible, possibly the first McDonald’s I have ever failed to eat! Oh and my order was missing my chips so I had to go back in and wait for them! What an awful experience! Avoid this place if you can!
The service at this restaurant was dreadful. We ordered number 26, but they served order number 85 before our food even arrived. When it did come, it was cold and unappetizing. The service was terrible and the treatment we received from the security was even worse.
I was visiting McDonald’s in the centre of Leeds late, I’d had a very busy day and as an autistic needed to sit down and take a break. The security guard repeatedly told me to stand up and refused to give me a solid reason to why, I ended up having to sit outside in the minus temperatures. Unusual that McDonald’s would hire such power obsessed people.
Last time I will visit here , ordered a cheeseburger meal with a flat white , and you guess it , all clap cold , the flat white coffee was not even tepid. Should call it flat cold white , total waste of money
Came for breakfast, order arrived very quickly and was hot. No problem there. But! The music was incredibly loud, to the point we couldn't hear each other or have a conversation. Even my 18 year old son who likes loud music said it was awful.
