Nando's - Leeds

Having worked in hospitality management for many years and now owning my own restaurant, I can easily recognize a great waitress. While all the employees were generally quite good, the service we received from Evah was exceptional. She has a warm and friendly personality and clearly takes pride in providing the best customer service possible, which was refreshing to see. The manager was also very organized; despite the busy Saturday night crowd, he ensured that everything ran smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the impressive service was the highlight of my visit. I've been to many Nando’s locations, and I found the food at this one to be below average. The chips were quite tough and dry, and the pitta I ordered was also dry, as if it had been sitting on the hot plate for too long, with barely any garlic aioli. Overall, I would rate this Nando’s a 3/5, but the exceptional service saves it from being even lower.
