The Great Indian - Leeds

Fantastic night! We visited a 90. Birthday party, excellent service and a great cozy atmosphere with personal attention, thanks to Gopi and the entire team.

Amazing Indian cuisine and a really beautiful place! Probably the best Indian food I had in Leeds.

We had arranged a Corporate Party at Gabbar for our Mastek Employees and Clients as well. And it was an amazing party by all means. Gabbar Team: Dealing with Manoj and Gopi (owners) was such a nice experience. All our needs and requirements were met. Staff (Sunny) was very friendly, accommodating and supportive. Decoration Arrangements: The place was very nicely decorated and organised. They have an amazing sound system that can be easily integrated with laptop or mobile and the place could give any PUB a run for their money. They had provided a MIC which was great for hosting the evening and KARAOKE. Food and Drinks: Food and Drinks had exceeded our expectations. I could say that it was the best Indian food I have had in Leeds in a long time. Our Client were immensely happy with the food and appreciated it. Fantastic food, and very reasonably priced! The decor and look of the place is a bit haphazard but don't let that detract from the food. Perhaps this wouldn't be first choice (or indeed second, third, fourth,... to go to wine and dine an intimate date... But if you want a very tasty and robust curry, no frills, no nonsense with helpful staff for recommendations and great service, then this is definitely your place!
