The fish and chips at this restaurant are delicious, with plenty of gluten-free options available. There is ample parking and senior citizens will find the prices well worth it.

Went to the takeaway. Everything cooked fresh. I ordered a fish and chips, a scampi and chips and a spam fritter. Short wait as expected. Shocked by the price but as all fresh thought it would be worth it. Got fish and chips. Scampi...did not come with chips and the spam fritter was without chips as expected. for that was a total rip off. It was delicious but will not be visiting again.

Just been to the whaler with my husband and mother in law. Excellent service by all staff especially Ann Marie. A laugh, a meal.and even the bill was not too harsh.

Excellent all round. Large group of us, balloons dropped off earlier and all on the table for us. Staff super attentive and friendly and fast service without compromise on the quality of food. We were a difficult group (and made a wally of us letting...the balloon hit the ceiling we did get it but sorry with lots of fussy people and couldn't have chosen a better place for the birthday celebration. Highly recommended.

Booked a table for friends and family who all live South of the Watford Gap! They meal was exceptional -all saying they had not tasted better!!!
