This is my goto for coffee and tea. When I was sick I get this tea is just good for my soul! Soooo goood!
The company instead of paying their employees more are now asking customers to take the card reader in the drive through, do the transaction and expect a tip. This is unprofessional. Tips are ridiculous and companies should not pass that awkward experience to their customers who they try to guilt trip into paying their employees more. Customers are there to grab a quick coffee, it is not a restaurant and or a position that deserves a tip like most professions don't. It's extremely unprofessional and should let customers decide that and not guilt trip them into doing it.
Oof... not often that I ever have to write a bad experience. On the contrary, I prefer to lift businesses up in the public eye. However, a little social experiment of mine yielded some pretty shocking results. What happened? I simply didn't put a tip on my card. The clerk left the drive-thru window open, so I could hear them talking about what I had ordered, and then whispers of discontent followed. What did I get? Well, apparently, a grande is made half-full now. Delivered with no sleeve or stopper. So, coffee sprayed in the car bc the cup burned my hands when I tried to hold it steady. Is this what it comes down to? We now seek to injure a customer over a $1 tip? I'd love to share the receipt with you, but I wasn't allowed to have one. Fortunately, I have the charge to my account that will show... just in case they try to claim that my statement is false. Please do better. Remember what happened at McDonalds a few years back when they had a coffee mishap? It was a sad day. Please like, if you find this review to be helpful.
Three people couldn't figure out how to use my app rewards for a croissant. Said the system is delayed- but as a former Starbucks employee I know of at least 7 ways they could've provided better customer service and helped me. Rather than saying you can't use your points, you'll have to pay for your croissant, do you want it. It was a disappointing experience and a bit rude.
