Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Lees Summit

The manager upset me. I'm a reward member and I come here often and never have a problem. My interaction has just ruined everything today, I tried to order with the mobile rewards, but I wanted to add a smoothie so after it was scanned it would not work. He told me I had to wait an hour to use my voucher again when I couldn't even pay!! He didn't do anything to keep me. Very frustrating

Our first visit, but not our last one. Good customer service. Excellent grilled cheese sandwiches. Smoothies were top notch. It's a challenge if you want to dive. Limited seats. 2 small tables with 2 chairs each and the seat table, which has about 8 seats.

I went to order online for delivery, then when I placed the order, it says I need to pick it up....why tf do you have a delivery option on your app?? So I had to call to cancel the order and now wait for my refund... annoying....

Eat on the outside of bag and drinking cup because I want all this over the inside of my $80,000 truck. Great smoothie. Get better when eating and keep it in the packaging/container. Since then, in other places and had a much better experience. I'll go quick.

They would not honor Tropical Smoothie 's review us coupon. This location needs new management!
