Applebee's Grill - Lee's Summit

While the business wasn't busy, the incompetent wait staff managed to completely fumble a mere three tables of customers. Our waitress arrived barely three times after extensive periods of her disappearing to the back. Dishes were incomplete, drinks were not refilled, and a very old couple who could barely walk had to help themselves to a seat after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to notice them. All in all, it's amazing that this Applebee's still generates enough income to stay open.

Good service! While there were issues with the food — the mattered was quickly handled in a satisfactory manner.

They were very short handed so I assumed it would be a long wait to get our food but we stayed. Not only were they fast and efficient but the food was great and our server was the best! Great job!

A pre wedding family dinner took place that day....it was wonderful and the food was on point. Our waiter was especially nice seeing that half of us were from another stay here in Texas.

They were not that busy but seemed to take forever to get food like they were busy. Seems to be this way at all locations.
