El Potro Mexican - Lee's Summit

This is definitely the best Mexican food I've ever had. The amazing flavor combinations are not just delicious, but they also leave you eager to come back and try more wonderful dishes. I highly recommend this truly authentic and delightful restaurant.

This is truly one of the finest Mexican restaurants in the area. It always keeps a clean atmosphere, offers friendly service, and ensures prompt service. The food is fresh and packed with flavor, and their daily specials are fantastic. A standout feature is their incredible complimentary chips and salsa, paired with a delightful white cheese dip. I can't recommend this place enough—it's a must-visit if you haven't had the opportunity to check it out!

I visited for the first time tonight and was really impressed with their adherence to COVID guidelines. The tables are spaced out, and the servers are all wearing masks. I had the fiesta salad with chicken, and it was fantastic—truly one-of-a-kind! The margarita was excellent as well. We'll definitely be returning!

We had to lunches to go. Website was a little hard to navigate. The food was great. Still got when we arrived home, about a 10 minute ride, and great size portions.

Good food.. clean.. but really busy..tough to grab waiter.. but worth the visit
