It's our happy place on monday nights. 1.50$ tacos that are big and full. Great selection of margaritas as well.

A few weeks ago I placed a carryout order. Fajitas, a chile relleno, and queso. Picked it up, got home, and there was no queso. I double checked the receipt to make sure it had queso on it, but I wasn’t going to drive back to the restaurant for a $3 queso. I figured I’d let them know the next time I ordered and they’d give me the queso I had already paid for. I called today to place an order, and was told by two different people that they wouldn’t give me the queso I paid for because I didn’t call them immediately, or because I don’t have a copy of my receipt. I have a credit charge showing how much I paid and I know I didn’t get queso. You can use a calculator to see I didn’t get the queso that I paid for. My parents have had multiple problems with missing items from their orders as well. For the most part I like El Porto’s food, but their customer service is bad.

Even though their parking lot is always packed, we were seated and served very quickly! The food is fantastic, and we always have leftovers! It is well priced with very large portions!

Been going to this Cantina for 3 years. However the overall quality has really declined! They must have changed to a Cheaper Food vendor. The fajitas are terrible (beef is tough not chewable and the chicken looks like salmon is dry). The fajita vegetables are bland have No flavor. The chips tortillas are too thick not crispy. Even the margaritas taste like they’re watered down. Sad to say the Taco Bell next door is better more valuable. Won’t be back and recommend not to waste your time money.
