The food is pretty good but every time I get a concrete there are ice chips in it which is sad because its good overall but that kind of ruins it for me. 11/7/18 Let me just say this company is incredible with it's customer service, with the issue seen above, corporate messaged me to see what could have been the issue and compensated me for the issue very kindly. The next time I visited to use one of the coupons they asked what happened, and they offered me a free ice cream saying it should be free of ice chips in it (it was). I'm still not a huge fan of their fries but five stars for going above and beyond.

Location is very safe, never been disappointed. Sometimes getting orders accurately can be a challenge, but I try not to let that bother me as long as the end result is correct. Anyway, I don't think you will be disappointed.

We really enjoy the food at this restaurant. Due to Covid-19, we have not dined inside but we have visited several times, mostly at the Lee's Summit location. My wife, who doesn't typically like hamburgers, loves the burgers here. I personally enjoy the #2 burger with pickles, onions, and mustard - a great combination with delicious flavor. I have also tried the patty melt on rye bread and enjoyed it as well. The only issue I have is deciding what to order, which I see as a good problem to have. My wife usually opts for some kind of chicken dish. We have encountered the same friendly staff member at the pay pickup window in Lee's Summit multiple times - he is always very pleasant. I wish I knew his name to mention in this review.

My children and I had a great time at this restaurant for lunch! The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful experience during our lunch visit. Thank you!

The restaurant is excellent at taking care of their customers when there are delays. During my first visit, my meal was paid for, and on my second visit, I received a free meal coupon. Their service is outstanding and they always get my order right.
