Mcdonald's - Lee's Summit

I hope the management sees this. Beyond disappointed with how “clean” this McDonalds is. Especially since this McDonalds has a play place.Kid-friendliness: This McDonalds has a play place but it’s very dirty

Fries were cold and soggy when we ate there last, it was really gross

We tried to go to the drive thru and was at the second kiosk and they ignored us for 3 orders. We even said hello more than once, nothing. So we left. We will not be back.

2nd time i went to this location in a 2 week period my order was wrong called there no answer the phone just ring and then a machine pick up and state that the mailbox has not been set up ridiculous ?

This McDonald's is clean, has a play place, and TV's. The bathrooms were clean. And the seating was comfortable. I'm a driver, so trying to find places that are open at night can be hard. This one was great.
