Taco Bell - Lee's Summit

With the prices you all charge when someone orders a bean burrito and they ask for sour cream and you charge for that sour cream it would be great to actually get said sour cream. I ordered 2 today so for 2 bean burritos that's all there was ...no sauce, no onion, no cheese and NO SOUR CREAM!!! JUST BEANS AND A SHELL .

I ordered my food through the app and 30 MINUTES LATER it was still not finished. The food was put together poorly and fell apart. Dude didn't say thank you or have a nice night or anything. At least pretend to try and care Taco Bell.

Have never dined in at this location, but have never had a bad experience when ordering through the drive-thru. The workers are very pleasant.Parking: Because of the shared location, there isn't a huge amount of parking space. More conducive to a drive-thru experience, but you can park.

Floor so sticky nearly pulled my shoes off. Service extremely slow. Will not be back.
