So happy to have them in our neighborhood! They offer consistently excellent food, I am part of the wings and chopped salads that are just SO dang- good! They prepare the wings perfectly crispy, skimming off all the fat gunk, so you can eat the whole wing, and the spices and flavors are simply fantastic. The salads- big and fresh! While it seems like it's easy to make a great salad, you know how to get one where it's just too much of something and not enough of something else? Yeah, I hate that! Her salads are balanced with vegetables and cheese and protein (if you want) and a fragrant, light and tasteful lemon vinaigrette dressing. It's a family run and we're going to spot!
