We ordered a cheesesteak and a meatball sub and picked them up. We received a cheese steak with a half of jar of mayonnaise on it and a vegetarian sub. I took them back and got replacements and got home and they did not put any cheese on it and it tasted terrible. The girl was mad and did not apologize.. Last time for us and never going back again!!!
I went in to find a young lady by herself at lunch time. She had several online orders ahead of me and took me in between these orders she was making. She did a great job but I could tell she was upset which was understandable. There were several customers walking out because she couldn’t take their order right away. Shame on Subway management for letting this happen and Subway corporate. This Subway is only bad because of the franchise owners not the employees. Post about that not the people that actually want to work when you get upset and walk out screaming at them.
Terrible experience. Hardly any meat on sandwiches took forever. Will not go back to that one
We just order two steak and cheese footlongs (see photos). There is hardly ANY meat on these sandwiches. It looks like the amount for a 6inch sub was split across two footlongs. One of the most unappetizing meals I’ve ever
