Feedback gevenWe placed an order on the app and they called us saying they were out of two of our items. They offered replacements (regular wings instead of boneless, etc), and we accepted. Then they said they were going to cancel our order and would need our creditcard number again because we would be charged for the difference in price. Pretty ridiculous when they?re the ones out of items.
Placed online order 1 pepperoni pizza 2 bread bowls Chicken carbonara chicken Alfredo Proceeded to pick up at store via pickup window. waited 20 min in line no movement multiple customers behind me get out of line and go inside. Finally I do thesame. Take about 2 min for me to be greeted I proceeded to tell the employee pick up for the above order. The employee goes toget it come back with only a pizza at first l repeat what I ordered and she goes to get the rest. Now I pay and leave withoutchecking my order (I take part responsibility for that I normally always check). Now upon arrival to my house I realize the havegiven me two pasta bowls and they honestly looked gross and like they have been sitting and not the bread bowls I ordered, whichhonestly isn 't a big deal I get it its dinner time there busy ok. I call the store first time someone picks up I explain theissue the call hangs up. Call back call this time call is routed to a corporate number and they route me to the store I explainwhat happened im met with confusion and then a slight giggle and they say think there still here oh yeah they are I asked forthem to be remade and they say ok I get to the store and again met with confusion I say why im there, the proceed to give methe original two breadbowls due to them being at the top of the rack for orders that are ready as well as just not looking freshI just take them after ensure they are correct and leave. I 'm just taken back by the lack of care shown in this instance I haveeaten at dominoes for years and id be lying if I said I will not eat dominoes again. I 'm just disappointed in the service Ireceived from a name I trusted and loved. I will more then likely not be back to this location.
Have been enjoying not only the pizza from Dominoes, but it's convenient location. Hwowever, tonight's pizza is EXTREMELY dry! Almost to the point it tastes like they forgot the pizza sauce completely! It was also supposed to have extra cheese; thatseems to be missing too. Will give it another try but might be switching back to PH.
Wish there was a zero star choice. Went there 30 minutes before closing and the door was locked. We checked online and saw on the door the hours so they shouldnt have been closed 30 minutes beforehand. They had someone in pickup line too that was gettingtheir food. Also, both employees decided to ignore us ringing the doorbell. One even looked everywhere but at us to avoid us.Would not recommend going there since employees chose to ignore people
Today was the first time my husband and I ordered from here. We always order online and tip in person. My husband came back and gave me the tip. Opening the both boxes to reveal the pizzas weren?t both pretty much burned or almost burned. We aren?t ones tocomplain. But I do leave reviews often. Unfortunately today they get a bad review and we won?t be back. Never had this problemwith Gilbert?s Pizza or Pizza Hut on base! We will never be back there and I?ll be sure to tell people to save their money andgo elsewhere. Such a shame domino?s. I?ve managed a pizza place for years before coming here and I would have never let pizzalike that left my store. Anyways that?s my rant. I only have one picture but you can see how bad it looks.
