Ramen 930 - Lehi

Tonkotsu was AMAZING. Such good flavor, and silky texture. They gave me extra Deep Fried Gyoza and they were good, standard gyoza and sauce. The squid was ok- great flavor and sauce but rubbery and a small amount for the price. The Spicy Pork Don wasnt my favorite. Dry, overwhelming... Stick with the ramen, they dont do donburi well.

The Tonkotsu Ramen was the best ramen Ive had in a long time! I asked for a side of spicy sauce it was so good super spicy and bomb! The Seaweed Salad and Garlic Edamame were so good as well, all the flavors were on point! 10/10 would recommend!

Chicken Karaage was good but not the sauce... why did the sauce tasted so much like tartar sauce? Chashu Don was disappointing, it was just tiny pieces sprinkled over rice, Spicy Pork Don was pretty good though. Not recommending Chashu Don at all...

I got the Tonkotsu with no meat, it was so yummy spicy but not too spicy absolutely loved it

I’ve travel to Japan on a yearly basis and the Niku was as close as it gets to the real thing! Felt some nostalgia tonight while downing it!
