Feedback gevenI stopped here last Thursday night and there was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly. When I came to the woman who took orders, she was so beautiful and didn't even seem to be fluent, although it was busy and her card reader didn't work right now. When I came to the pick-up window, I interacted with two other staff who were exceptionally friendly. The drinks and treats were delicious, but honestly I was just so impressed by the great customer service!
I put Sig orders for my company almost weekly. Very frustrating when you try to call the memory and the number was separated. Try to do an online order and get a butter beer that is always root beer based and even says it in the description. I was forced to choose a soda option without the possibility of picking root beer. There is also no place to write in special requests. Well-kept champagne water as a placeholder who thinks people here would use the healthy sense. Why don't you put a root beer in the drink that says it comes with root beer? Not here again. I was wasted my time and $4 on a limo.
We went to this place today and it poured rain and the girl outside the orders was dipped. We said we hope she was, and she said she was the manager of the place. Great management style not ask your employees to do something you are not willing to do yourself.
Cold drinks and delicious treats go fast in summer heat. Excellent service and the line also moves fast. This place is fast going through with orders and cars. No din available in options yet.
The Lobby is closed due to ?staffing shortages? which is inconvenient and seems disingenuous. An attendant with an iPad walked up to us to tell us the lobby was closed. They could have easily take our order on the iPad, but instead curtly told us we need to walk through the drive through, which doesn?t sound very safe to me.
