Workers talking trash about the customers??? Best thing is this place to shut down. Go to Burger King or McDonalds. Better burgers without the attitude.

The food is always good, but the orders are not always right. It’s kind of become custom to always check the bags, not because we want to make sure everything is right- but because we need to let them know what’s wrong. I can’t speak to the business of this location, so I’m not sure if that’s it, but they’ve missed food or gotten the order wrong many times, not sure why. They missed our medium fries, and we went home, had to turn around, and then when we got back they gave us a new one that I swear was only half full. It’s the only Wendy’s near by, but I feel like it may be worth it to drive further for a correct order.

The food is almost always hot and fresh. The first window staff always greets me kindly. The sole condition window staff typically won't even say a word to you, they just hand you your food and shut the window.

I think it’s crazy we wait in line forever and they can’t even get the orders right we order two biggie bags and other food as well but they were too lazy to put the biggie bags in a bag of their own so they put EVERYTHING in one bag was asked r u sure everything is in here they assure us it is and then we get all the way home to find we r missing food so I call and speak to the manager about it and they won’t do anything to fix it or make it right I would have to drive all the way back there and back home again while the rest of my food gets cold just to get the food they made me pay for but didn’t give me I’m going to get my food somewhere else from now on cause this Wendy’s just wants to steal my money and the Wendy’s in Whitehall is always always trash like they don’t change their oil so done with Wendy’s don’t go here they r busy they can’t handle the rush very well

Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! This Wendy's was disgusting inside. Tables not whipped down. Food everywhere and flies inside. Greasy hand prints on the walls food was lacking as well. Would not recommend!! Highly disappointed ? ?
