A group of friends went to a restaurant after bowling.

I booked a table on Saturday night to celebrate my niece's birthday. The reception was okay, we had a table. The place appeared clean, but it took a while before we approached to order some drinks. The service of the lady who took our orders was fine, she was friendly enough, but some other staff lacked this courtesy I would expect as a customer. For example, when my daughter spilled her drink, we had to wipe it with napkins ourselves, we asked for more paper towels and one of the employees to use only over 2 disposable towels for us. There was no offer to help us that I found quite strange. The food itself was ok, but my Burrito lacked taste, the food was served hot. When we finished our meal, the young lady who came to clarify our table offered our rests in a doggy bag that I thought was pretty nice, but I also felt rushed when it came to pay. I was presented with the bill, after less than 5 minutes the employee was asked again if I needed a card reader. I usually give a generous tip when I dive out, but on that occasion I didn't think someone actually deserved it. They need to improve their service when people come to eat, it means that they can afford, I don't want to be done to feel as if I run away without paying for my meal.

Good atmosphere, decor and great staff. Was a bit loud with children in the early evening, but if you get a stand, it's easier to ignore. Would recommend the chili sauce seperately as extremely hot. There was a lot to eat and the food was served hot and tasty.

After we finished our meal, the waitress offered to pack our leftovers in a doggy bag, which was a nice gesture, but I also felt rushed when it came to paying. The bill was presented to me, and less than five minutes later, the staff member was back asking if I needed a card reader. I typically leave a generous tip when dining out, but on this occasion, I didn't feel like anyone deserved it. They need to improve their service; when people go out to eat, it means they can afford to, and I don't want to feel like I'm being treated as if I might leave without paying for my meal.

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and decor, and the staff were great. It was a bit loud at times in the early evening with children, but sitting in a booth makes it easier to ignore. I would suggest getting the chilli sauce on the side, as it is very spicy. The portions were generous and the food was served hot and delicious. I would recommend this restaurant.
