Always have a nice time here. Bar staff are friendly (no matter how busy!! Beautiful chilled environment and food is beautiful and cheap for a city center location

Has our Christmas meal here last night and it may be the best pub Xmas meal we've had! Can't recommend highly enough. The staff were accommodating, attentive and friendly, the food was great and everything reasonably priced. Top stuff!!

Review is for vegetarian Sunday roast. Tried a few veggie Sunday roasts in Leicester and this ranked as one of the best so far. Generous portion of seitan with well-cooked veg and nice gravy. Ordered the cauliflower cheese side dish and it was lovely, with a thick creamy cheese sauce. The meal was seasoned with herbs too which was a nice touch. Yum! The draught ale was well kept, and the wine was delicious. Will probably add a side of extra roast potatoes next time as they were lovely.

Easily my favourite pub in Leic, always friendly and welcoming. Came in for food the other day and misread the menu so I didn’t get the food I was expecting at first, but the staff sorted it out immediately and even gave me a free portion for the inconvenience even though the fault was mine. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Paige and Joe were amazing- hooked us up with two amazing new spritzers!! Absolute legends, always go to this place for great drinks and a warm atmosphere.
