Indigo - Leicester

The food was disappointing. The Masala Papad was stale and the Pani Puri was too hard. We ordered the Mix Platter with Soy sauce, but the mogo and paneer tasted off. When I informed the waiter, he simply cleared the table without apologizing or asking what was wrong. The customer service was terrible. The person at the till should be replaced with someone friendlier who actually cares about how the customers are enjoying their meal. I didn't even bother disputing the bill for the Mix Platter that we didn't touch, as it was clear the waiter didn't communicate our dissatisfaction.

Indigo has undergone some changes. When we called, they said they were fully booked, but we were lucky to find some availability on OpenTable. Upon our arrival, the hostess couldn't find our reservation and had to manually add us to the list. Eventually, they found us a table after a short wait. The masala papad was stale and the pani puri was overly hard. We ordered a mix platter with soy sauce, but the flavors were off and some dishes tasted old. When we mentioned our dissatisfaction to the waiter, they simply removed the items from our bill without any apology. The customer service could be improved, and the cashier should ask customers about their dining experience. Unfortunately, we didn't feel comfortable disputing the bill for the uneaten mix platter. It seemed like our feedback wasn't taken seriously.

It was a beautiful evening. I was hanging around with my brother, that we both had starving. with a recommendation it was indigo. when we arrived there, the place looked quiet authentic indica. but eating was terrible. we ordered pani puri, dosa,chilli disc cleaner then noodles. everything was tasty. the dosa was very oily. the windshield wiper (tree cheese) in the chili carrier was like ****! they use fake windshield wipers made with artificial ingredients. also noodles were no less than... that spoiled our day. I will not recommend this restaurant!

The service was extremely fast and the food tasted still fresh and tasty. the personal has forgotten us when we sat around a corner. and chocolate cakes melt slightly funny but tasty ok

Average food this time. I would rather order from the menu to eat from the handy. I find it confusing from the handy. I hope that management will soon interfere in this matter.
