Starbucks Upperton Road - Leicester

After being hospitalized with Covid for the past week and feeling really unwell in isolation, I have been ordering from Starbucks frequently. I must say, the staff are truly lovely and Uber Eats has been incredibly helpful. One of the ladies even took the extra step to leave handwritten notes on my order, which was such a kind gesture. I hope she sees this review, as it has truly brought a smile to my face during this difficult time.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday during lunchtime and was disappointed to find that there was no food available other than cakes. There were no sandwiches, paninis, or anything else to choose from, as the shelves were completely empty. It was a wasted journey and I do not plan on returning to this restaurant again.

Whenever we order cream frappuccinos, we always receive coffee instead. This has happened every single time without fail. It shouldn't be difficult to get the order right. I understand that people may just be returning to work, but consistently making mistakes like this is unacceptable.

It’s just a short walk from where I live in the West End of Leicester, UK. Always had good, reliable service. Love the industrial look interior design, lively, and great to sit with my laptop and journals. Really good coffee.
