S. Miguel - Leiria

We were on a tour on our way to Fatima. The lunch was prepaid so the tables of the group did not get oil and vinegar but other tables got them. For each four persons only one tiny plate of salad was offered to share.

We hired a tour guide for the day to take us North of Lisbon for the day and he brought us to this restaurant. The location is perfect with a great view of the beach. It looks like it is geared for big groups of tourists. When we arrived the restaurant was quiet with just smaller groups. We picked a table on the outside deck overlooking the water. The waiter brought us olive and bread to start. We had a lunch of fresh fish and vegetables that were served tableside. It was a perfect meal.

The fish and lobster stew was superb and more than enough for 2 so fresh and perfectly spiced. Wait staff were friendly and attentive.The restaurant was a little too brightly lite so I recommend sitting outside. There was a folk dancing performance the night we ate there which was an unexpected delight.

A decoração e ambiente sao de outra era, mas tudo muito limpo e acolhedor. A comida é otima, e o serviço foi rapido. A repetir. Nao foi caro. Nada caro.
