Mcdonald's - Leitchfield

Faster service. well boiled well. convenient location.

It is quite just a normal mcdonald’s. nothing really bad or good to mention.

Is it just me or is the chicken getting smaller? I remember before covid, you got what looked like an actual breast piece.

After finally paying for our order, we had to wait in line for another 20+ minutes to receive our food. During this time, I noticed a lot of young workers (6 in total) standing around. Some were chatting, some were coming back from break and holding up the line with their conversations, and some were cutting in line to order food from their friends who worked there. There were even a few workers standing in the back in front of the two people who were actually working. I also saw the manager coming in and out, conducting two job interviews while I waited. She seemed to be no help to those of us waiting for our orders. I also witnessed three customers coming in from the drive-thru needing their orders corrected. Before leaving, I checked my order and everything was correct, but I did have to ask for cups to get our drinks. It seemed like there were too many young workers allowed to goof off instead of focusing on their job, and not enough supervision to ensure proper and professional work ethic.

Took way too long for our food. Classic chicken sandwich was so greasy!! I pulled my sandwich out (classic crispy chicken sandwich), my hand was filled with grease!! My daughters burger was DRIPPING in grease!!! We spent a long time waiting for our food, patiently. Only to be disappointed. Wasted money that's for sure. Fries were lukewarm and extremely salty!! I worked for McDonald's for 20 years....if I was a secret shopper, this store would have flunked!!
