The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly, and the food was delicious. The fried chicken is a must-try!

I visited the drive-thru this evening, and the service was excellent. The young man who helped us was very friendly and polite, which is hard to come by these days. Thank you, Smithfields!

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Smithfield's. The managers, particularly the general manager named Nabors, have terrible attitudes. They really need to improve their customer service and how they treat customers. I will not be returning to this location.

Never be in a rush going here. The Drive- thru guy so extra I instantly felt like my food would be right and..... it wasn't!! The wait was so not worth it

The absolute worst bbq I have ever eaten. The pork is completely bland. The “bbq” sauce is horrible. Straight vinegar!! The only good thing I can say about the food is that this restaurant isn’t located in the south. It wouldn’t last as a bbq place.
