About 45 days ago, ordered via phone and when I arrived they charged a different price than what was on their website. I informed the cashier about it and he provided a small discount, but the total was still more than what their website stated. Since we really like having a local pizza spot, I didn't think too much about it. Then, I called in an order about two or three weeks ago and they called me about half an hour later to tell me their fryer was broken and they had to cancel. No worries, stuff happens. Today, they are supposed to be open at 5pm and I have been calling for fifteen minutes and no answer. it just keeps playing a recording which states their mailbox is full. This spot was fantastic when it first opened. Good food, great customer service, timely, etc. I'm not sure what has happened lately, but it really makes me sad. I hope they read the feedback and find ways to improve before they alienate too many customers.
After ordering through Door Dash and waiting until past the predicted time, my order was cancelled. I tried calling but no one answered, mail box full? I'm pretty disappointed honestly.
Came here a few times before COVID, and the pizza and workers were amazing! The employees treated us like family and this quickly became our favorite joint. Well, today was the very first time that I was disappointed- so instead of the 5-star I wanted to give them, I'll have to bump it down. They were running behind, so the pizza wouldn't be ready for 45 minutes. Totally understandable. They're probably busy as hell and like I said, we've always been taken care of before so why not keep giving them business. Well, we get there 45 minutes later and told them our name and what kind of pizza we had. The guy apologized and said they're running way behind and it would be another 45 minutes. We were already starving, but he offered to give us a discount for the inconvenience. So again... we decided to wait another 45 minutes. Starving now, we drive back to the pizza shop ready to finally enjoy that pizza. Guess what? It was ready when we FIRST got there, they just mixed up the name. Still trying to be understanding, we're like... at least he'll give us a discount like he said. After asking for the promised discount twice and telling them what happened, the cashier just kept repeating the full price. We even pointed out the guy who offered us the discount for making the mistake, and both acted like they didn't hear a word. We got the hint. I don't know if it was the specific shift or stress, but to make a mistake and not reconcile was very disappointing. Today was the worst service we've ever received here. Maybe we'll give them a shot again after COVID blows over.
I only been to Pizzeria Pacifico twice but I’m very satisfied with the consistency. Tasty pizza+good vibes= good experience.
