Person in front if me was calling all over the counter, age the person at the register refused to desanitize, saying, we only desanituze in 30 minutes .

The portions on their sundaes are ridiculously small. I called to complain and was told they weighed it when they created it and so they wouldn't do anything about it. See the difference between what was expected and what was delivered. Sad!

Dude didn't wear gloves when scooping. Eww. Place was a little dirty, too. I wouldn't come here again.

I tried to order a sand-which and was greeted with very rude customer service, lose the attitude.

I checked the reviews after I got my order. I was literally telling myself, did Baskin Robbins make their scoops smaller? Bc this thing is so small. All the reviews are correct. I ordered the 2 scoop sundae and the scoops were probably the size of golf balls each. The sundae was finished in about 4 bites. Also, the cashier was very short with me the entire time, until it came time to pay... she the tried to force a question of how 's your day going? to get a tip. Usually don 't you ask that someone at the beginning of the transaction if you 're being genuine? This franchise owner deserves to lose their franchise/business for how stingy and cheap they are. A
