Worst customer service you guys need to watch this lady I wish that I have her name she's so rude have your manager watch her attitude and you will see what I'm talking about

Such a bad experience with the online order. We arrived to this location and were ignored by the employees and once it was 10 minutes past the time our order was supposed to be ready THEN they proceed to tell us they are out of beans. They weren't actually out they informed us their kitchen was closed. This was an hour before they closed. So no you just didn't want to make any that's what it was. If they would have actually acknowledged us and told us right when we arrived then it wouldn't have been an issue but they decided to ignore us and let us wait. Very unprofessional employees there. Will not be returning to a chipotle after this bad experience. If I could give it a zero I would.
