I can never seem to get my order right, no matter how many times I visit.

This is easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited, and many other reviews echo my sentiments. It’s unacceptable to provide such poor service to our military personnel. McDonald’s has already become increasingly expensive; it’s no longer an affordable option, yet they continue to deliver subpar experiences at high prices. I hope NASL decides to end its partnership with this location and chooses a restaurant that has staff who genuinely care about their jobs and those who serve our country. Food rating: 1.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. First, the car in front of me was given my drink by mistake and returned it to the employee with the straw still in it. When I reached the window, the employee just handed me that same cup without bothering to remake it. I asked him to prepare a new drink, but he acted as if he didn't hear me and I had to repeat myself three times before he finally took action. To make matters worse, he seemed annoyed with me for no reason. After that, he told me to pull around so they could bring out my food. When I eventually got my bag, everything had been tossed inside carelessly—the food was upside down, and fries were spilling out. We decided not to eat the food because we suspected something might have happened to it. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
