No communication with employees didn’t know where my pizza was Wrong so they had to remake it
1hr for delivery... called and they say she'll be a few more minutes. It's been 15min since I called. Awful.
I took in a gift certificate for a med one topping pizza, a 20 oz soda, and some parm bites. The manager wanted to charge me $7 saying that i had to pay the difference of anything over $15. I said all that was included with the gift certificate. Elanna said no that she has seen plenty of these and they are only good for $15. I asked to see my certificate again and she said that she put it in the safe. I would have to wait for it to open. She had an employee open the safe because she couldn't find her phone. Turns out it all was included. I waited over 30 mins and she didn't even apologize. Very very poor customer service at this store.
Horrible service extremely rude manager, I ordered food they claimed they could not get me my food due to a road closure. Once road opened I called and asked them to deliver my order the manager claimed my order was canceled and I must pay again . The $54.00 I paid the manager says I can’t get back for 5 days so now he exspects me to pay another $54.00 to get my food. This is not what I would expect from a dominos chain store. They canceled order because they could not deliver. The proper thing would have been to send me my order complimentary since they are the ones who couldn’t get me the food I bought and paid for. I have been buying pizza from this company for over 15 years and now will never buy from any Domino’s location and will encourage others to stay away as well.
