Mcdonald's - LEMOYNE

The restaurant had pre-made sodas ready, so when I went to pick up my food, I found some sodas already sitting out. When the server offered me one of those, I kindly asked her to make me a fresh soda instead.

Ordered a drink paid for it, then was told we don't have it. Do you was a soda? I was dieing for a drink so I said yes. Should have been like a dollar and something price difference but they didn't offer to get me the difference back. I don't likemcdonalds never have and never will. I never get food, only drinks. They can't even get that right.

I don 't know if they were just having a bad day or what. Drove up to the ordering system after car in front of me drove forward. After waiting about 30 seconds or so, still no one said anything. I said hello? Someone said oh yeah, what do youwant? Ordered 2 small pumpkin spice lattes. Got to the pick up window, they asked if it was a coffee or a latte, asked if hotor cold. Looked at receipt, the order guy put it in for coffee. They also did not taste good at all!

I don't eat fast food very often, maybe just once a month. I ordered a cheeseburger and a small fry. The burger was made to order since I requested no mustard, which I appreciated. The fries were decent—pretty fresh. However, I was disappointed with the cheeseburger; it was surprisingly cold. I'm not sure how that happened considering I specifically asked for it to be made fresh. Given the price, I expected better quality. I ended up eating it, but it definitely could have been improved.

Where should I begin? The cashier appeared to be quite irritated, and the soda fountain is positioned just a couple of feet away from the registers, creating a chaotic situation with people trying to order, get drinks, and navigate the entrance all at once. Given the substantial resources that McDonald's has, I would expect a more efficient layout to be in place.
