Papa John's Pizza - LEMOYNE

I decided to place a pickup order at the local store and spoke over the phone with a lovely lady named Katie. She was sincere and extremely helpful. When I went to pick up my order, she had everything ready for me. She is such a sweet person, and everything turned out great. This was likely my best experience at a Papa John’s ever!

Just got my pizza delivered. NO SEAL and no one is picking up the phone at the store, unbelievable!! I?m gonna let corporate know about this.

Our experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we received everything we ordered and checking in to see if we needed anything else. The dishes were well-prepared and delicious.

I ordered two pizzas, requesting them to be well done, but both were undercooked and lacked flavor. They were completely bland, leaving me extremely disappointed. I won’t be ordering from this place again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The only highlight was my Pepsi; it was the best part of the meal.

Called to order (hate that it's a call center) they can't find the coupon code that was just sent out in the mail, they say they'll forward me so the store so they can apply the coupon manually but the store never picked up. They say to call back andselect 5, Noone picked up, I call again, go through the same process just to try again... no answer... try to order online,can't find the toppings I want, would've liked to add special instructions but not an option online... said no other businessever except for papa johns... called back.... you guessed it!! Same story!! This papa johns is a joke. We ordered a pizza fromAl's.
