Cozinha Aberta - Lençóis

The mushroom risotto on the menu states vegetarian, but it can be made vegan. It was purple! The Moqueca is also delicious! The eggplant rolls are very tiny but also delicious. The drinks have a lot of ice in them but they’re also quite refreshing.

It was the best restaurant with vegan options on the menu in Lençóis. The price was a bit steep, but the food was excellent, haute cuisine.
