Feedback gevenThis place is probably the best I ever had, no lie. from any other reason I went to, the app either does not work or I get a request to say that the location does not accept app orders. Anyway, I order here in the rule the app and find that I get my food faster, the order is 99% correct of the time (it's always the conditions! Why ask what you want if they never give it to you?! I'm dipping, and you can't beat 1/2 price drinks if you want! I also never have money on me and feel bad when I actually get what I paid in a reasonable time can not tap. I worked back in the restaurant industry as, so I understand that I worked underpaid but I am not sure what is going on with young workers today. they simply don't care about customer service anymore, but expect it in the opposite direction. it's hard to find a place that has consistency, so if nothing else, I honestly only need to give credit where credit is due!
Just the worst noise I've ever had. about 30% of their stands are out of order, just a tiny paper that marks them. Please block them unfunctioning stalls with a cone or something. better still just repair, it's months ago. I've been sitting here for 20 minutes and wait for my order. Apparently, it took a long enough time for the button to go out and be pressed again. someone else has already fallen in a wut. I think I'm going too. It's not like it's the first time that he did this to me. I suggested the feedback on the link. Hopefully, this location is sold to a new owner because the current doesn't know how to run a business.
If I could give this Sonic negative stars I would. They are never staffed properly it takes forever to get an order in. I waited 20 minutes for a corn dog and mozzarella sticks. The staff that is here doesn't care about customer service. They get most orders wrong. I will not ever come back here again.
We chose this location because it is advertised as having a drive through in addition to drive-in stalls. It doesn’t. Michelle was our carhop. She activated the speaker and asked us to wait because she was outside. Okay. Then she stopped our order multiple times because she was looking for the button for an item. Fine. The real problem started when the order was placed and she immediately was on her way with the order. Obviously not fresh. The drink was incorrect and the bag reeked of old fry oil. She had us pull up closer to the employee’s door so she could give us our correct drink. I took this time to look at the food, which appeared fine. Turns out there was only a couple pieces of actual chicken on top of the cup. The rest of the cup was filled with tiny rock-hard pieces of fried breading. What I was able to eat of the chicken tasted awful and the fries were dried out. It tasted like their fry oil needed to be changed a long time ago.
This is the closest Sonic to us but it’s safe to say we won’t go to this one again. I don’t leave a review based on one bad experience, but there’s been multiple times that this location has been extremely slow whether you order on the app or at one of the stalls. I have never spent LESS than 30 minutes waiting for food. Not the worker’s fault, they are short-staffed, it comes down to management, but don’t go here.
