Culpeper's Chilston Park - Lenham

Good evening I had the pleasure of visiting the Chilston Park Hotel recently for a meal with friends and family. The venue and ambiance is excellent along with the lovely location/grounds. We were looked after by Shannon Taylor who was very friendly, polite and attentive in looking after us This young lady is a great asset to your organisation. We came to Chilston on 21st September 2023 to celebrate a family birthday. We were seated in the Blue Room and the surroundings were perfect for the occasion. The food was exquisite and we were looked after by Shannon. What a lovely person she is ! She went out of her way to make it a very special night. She was friendly and attentive and made it a perfect evening for us. So much so that we went home and sorted out our next visit to Chilston straightaway! We held our daughter's wedding reception at Chilston 15 years ago so we already had very fond memories of the hotel but last night's experience with everyone we encountered and the most beautiful surroundings has made us want more! We booked a private dining event for my Dads birthday celebrations. The food was absolutely stunning, portion sizes were just right and the food tasted amazing. The evening was topped off though by Shannon Taylor who had been assigned to look after us for the evening. She was attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble she is a credit to the front of house staff at the venue. Went for afternoon tea which apperently is supposed to be the best in kent. I wouldnt dispute it,but not the cheapest. Service: 5 Location: 5
