Subway - Lenoir

This store is supposed to close at 9pm, I got there at 7:40pm to find all the chairs on the tables and the sliding door almost shut. I wanted to sit at a booth but was told that section was already closed, but I could take down a chair at a table. While I was eating, I observed an employee serving someone else, said employee dropped the oven tray in the floor, didn't wash it, and continued to use it. I went back at 8:30 to order another sub to find they had already put up all the meats and veggies. This employee told me he was closing but served me anyway with an attitude. This store needs new management!

Sent in a complaint 2 weeks ago and never got a response. So much for carrying about your customers. Go elsewhere with your business!

This will be my final visit to this Subway. From the start, one of the employees was extremely rude and seemed annoyed by my presence. I tried to engage in small talk to improve the atmosphere, but the employee just became even more aggravated and walked away. I wondered what was wrong with everyone working there that day, as they all seemed in a bad mood. No matter, I will be taking my business and money to Jersey Mike's or Firehouse Subs. There are plenty of other restaurants that also offer vegetarian options, such as a Veggie Sub.

I just left this place and I usually wouldn't say anything, but this subway was truly disgusting. The worker was rude and clueless, and there were very limited options for meat and toppings. The toppings that were available looked old and the drink machine was not working. The whole experience was terrible. Hopefully they can improve, but I have my doubts.

During my visit to the restaurant, I requested onions on my sandwich before it was toasted, but the waitress ignored my request. Additionally, I asked for a small amount of mayonnaise, and she added more than I desired. Due to time constraints during my lunch break, I was unable to have the sandwich remade.
